Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, choose your product or variant, add the item to your basket and follow the checkout steps. You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of a successful payment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Please email contact@luneflow.shop as soon as possible with your order number.
Will I receive an invoice?
A receipt confirming your order details is sent automatically to your email address once the order has been dispatched. LuneFlow is currently not VAT registered, so no VAT is added or itemised.
Shipping
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
Not at this time. LuneFlow ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–5 business days after dispatch, for a total estimated delivery of 3–7 business days. We ship to the United Kingdom only.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is completely free on every order within the United Kingdom, regardless of the size or weight of your item. There's no minimum spend and no hidden fees — you'll never be charged for standard UK shipping.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. Tracking generally activates within 24 hours of dispatch.
What if my parcel is lost?
If the courier confirms your parcel is lost, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is your checkout secure?
Yes. All pages on luneflow.shop are protected by a 256-bit SSL certificate and payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider.
When am I charged?
You are charged once, at the time of order — there are no pre-authorisations or split charges.
Returns
What is your returns window?
You may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are also accepted within 14 days, subject to product availability.
How do I return an item?
Email us at contact@luneflow.shop with your order number and reason for return so we can authorise it. We'll arrange a prepaid return label or tracked mail return; for larger items, we'll arrange a suitable collection from your address.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging, subject to product availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
How do I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Email contact@luneflow.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Return shipping for exchanges is free, just like a standard return.
Are returns free?
Returns are always free where the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or late. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping (or collection for larger items) is the customer's responsibility.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Where do your products come from?
LuneFlow is an independent UK retailer. We carefully source our range from trusted UK and European manufacturers. We do not manufacture products ourselves and we do not own any factories.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes — where the manufacturer provides a warranty, the term is shown on the product page under Specifications and set out in full in our Warranty Policy. In addition, all customers have full UK statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Do I need to assemble my item when it arrives?
Some products require minor assembly, with instructions included. Any assembly required is stated clearly on the product page.
