3. Product information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and images on luneflow.shop are accurate. Minor variations in colour, finish or included accessories may occur between production batches and are not considered defects. Machinery is shown assembled for illustration; unless stated otherwise, some products are supplied with minor assembly required (e.g. attaching handles, wheels or collection bags). Where applicable, products carry CE/UKCA marking and comply with relevant UK product safety and emissions regulations for garden machinery and outdoor power equipment.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). LuneFlow is currently not VAT registered, so the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay; any applicable shipping cost is calculated and shown clearly at checkout with no hidden fees added afterwards. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Order acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the goods listed at the prices stated. A contract between you and LuneFlow is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email in respect of the items ordered. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable from our manufacturer;
• There is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
• Payment verification is unsuccessful;
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order in these circumstances, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

6. Order cancellation

You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it has been dispatched, by contacting us at contact@luneflow.shop. After dispatch, please follow our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. In summary: we ship only within the United Kingdom; shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order; orders are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch; large machinery is delivered by palletised freight with kerbside delivery.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranty cover for garden machinery and outdoor power equipment is set out in our Warranty Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

9. Payment

Payments are processed in accordance with our Payment Policy. We accept payments via Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LuneFlow's liability in connection with any product purchased from us is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

All content on luneflow.shop — including text, photographs, product descriptions, logos and the "LuneFlow" name — is owned by or licensed to LuneFlow and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use any content from the website without our prior written consent.

13. Force majeure
